JESSE SKINNER

Principal

  • Jesse Skinner is a licensed NYC Master Plumber and Master Fire Suppression Contractor with 36 years of experience delivering reliable, high-quality plumbing and fire suppression services throughout the NYC Tri-State area. He holds a Master Fire Suppression License, a Backflow Prevention License, and is a proud member of the Master Plumbers Council of the City of New York. Jesse is a 6 year Board Member and held the position of Chapter Chair for 2 years in the Master Plumbers Council. Collectively, these credentials reflect his dedication to safety, compliance, and excellence in every aspect of the trade.

    Specializing in both commercial and residential plumbing, heating, and fire suppression. He handles everything from water heater installations and leak detection, to sprinkler systems, backflow prevention, FDNY testing, NFPA 25 testing requirements and full-system upgrades. Known for his precision, integrity, and deep industry knowledge, he provides solutions that are built to last.

Principal

  • Bryan Cummins is a licensed NYC Master Plumber with over 32 years of experience serving clients across the NYC Tri-State area. He holds a Task 87 Gas qualification, authorizing him to safely perform work on gas piping systems in accordance with NYC Department of Buildings and Federal regulations.

    As a key leader at Skinner Plumbing & Heating Corp., he specializes in a wide range of commercial and residential services including gas line installations, diagnostics, system upgrades, general plumbing, sprinkler and standpipe repairs as well as complete new systems. Known for his thoroughness, professionalism, and deep technical knowledge, he consistently delivers work that is safe, code-compliant, and built to last.

    Bryan takes pride in providing honest, reliable service—and is committed to getting every job done right, efficiently and safely.
