Backflow INSTALLATION & TESTING
New York State law requires certain properties and businesses to install, maintain, and regularly test backflow prevention devices. This ongoing testing is vital to ensure that the devices are functioning correctly and providing the necessary protection. Our team of certified inspectors is available to perform these required tests on your backflow prevention devices to ensure they are working properly and meet all local regulations and safety standards.

DRAIN & HYDRO JETTING SERVICES
Hydro jetting is a professional drain cleaning method that uses a high-pressure stream of water to clear blockages and clean the interior walls of drain and sewer pipes. Unlike traditional snaking, which only breaks through clogs, hydro jetting thoroughly removes grease, scale, roots, and other buildup, restoring the pipe to near-original
capacity.

NYC Local Law 152 Inspection
Local Law 152 mandates the inspection of all exposed gas piping from its point of entry into a building, including building service meters, and all gas piping located in public spaces, hallways, corridors, and mechanical and boiler rooms. Please note that this law does not cover gas piping within individual apartments. Gas piping systems are required to be inspected at least once every four years.
We provide Gas Reports GPS1 and GPS2, which are signed and sealed by the Licensed Master Plumber (LMP) who conducted or supervised the inspection.
NFPA 25 INSPECTION & TESTING
Fire Department of New York (FDNY) requirements for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems. The FDNY mandates adherence to NFPA 25 standards.
Our certified technicians, holding specific Certificates of Fitness, are well-versed in these requirements. We can provide detailed outlines of the standard procedures for water-based fire protection systems, including, fire sprinklers, standpipes and fire pumps.The specific tests and their frequencies are dependent on the component and system type. These can include quarterly checks, annual flow tests, and 5-year hydrostatic tests for fire department connections.
